Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial experience as a PHP Engineer;
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Team Lead;
• Strong knowledge of Laravel framework;
• Solid understanding of WordPress;
• Proficiency in JavaScript programming language and its latest features;
• Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a developers team, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their skills and productivity;
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering their growth and enhancing team performance;
• Design and implement custom WordPress themes and plugins, integrating them with existing systems as needed;
• Conduct regular code reviews to maintain coding standards and improve team output.
