What you will do:

🔹 Create, maintain, prioritize tasks in product backlog based on business value;

🔹 Describes business requirements, creates mockups and collaborate with UI/UX designers, ensuring that the end result meets the business goals and user needs;

🔹 Defining the scope of the feature, and working closely with the development team to ensure that deliverables are met on time and within scope;

🔹 Organizing and building the development team, including hiring, onboarding and managing team members.

Key Requirements:

🔹 4+ years of ⁠experience as a Product Manager in the B2C market;

🔹 ⁠Passion for self-development and social networks, with a strong understanding of user behavior;

🔹 Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making; 🔹 English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Will be plus:

🔹 Familiarity with mobile app development and launch processes.
