YOUR IMPACT:

🔹 Own Account Relationships: Take full ownership of client relationships, from spearheading the recruitment process to acting as the go-to manager for any arising issues. Build strong rapport with stakeholders and manage contract renewals.

🔹 Drive Expansion: Continuously expand your portfolio in line with company KPIs and proactively identify opportunities to grow existing contracts.

🔹 Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with other Yozma teams to gather customer feedback and ensure client satisfaction.

🔹 Strategic Planning: Develop long-term strategic plans for VIP account management, aligning with Yozma’s expansion goals.

🔹 Customer Success: Assist new customers joining Yozma and ensure their satisfaction with our services.

🔹 Revenue Protection: Safeguard existing revenue streams, while identifying new opportunities and potential risks.

ABOUT YOU:

🔸 Client-Facing Experience: You bring 3+ years of client-facing experience, whether in sales, account management, or success management, with a focus on startups and high-tech companies.

🔸 Communication Expertise: Your communication and writing skills are top-notch.

🔸 Tech-Savvy: You’re tech-savvy with strong analytical and technical capabilities.

🔸 Problem-Solver: You’re resourceful and thrive on finding solutions independently.

🔸 Account Portfolio Management: You’re adept at managing a portfolio of accounts, with a strong emphasis on renewals and upsell conversations.

🔸 Relationship Building: Excellent people skills are a must, as you’ll be building and nurturing working relationships with global employees.

🔸 Fluent in English: You are a proficient English speaker.
