Requirements:
🔸2 years experience in a diverse range of marketing (brand management, HRM, SMM);
🔸Ability to enter new markets using HRM tools;
🔸Strong understanding of key marketing concepts, such as market segmentation, value proposition, differentiation, branding;
🔸SEO and email marketing understanding and following;
🔸KPI oriented;
🔸Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload;
🔸Creative thinker and proactive problem solver;
🔸English: intermediate strong at least both written and spoken.
Responsibilities:
🔹Develop and implement an HRM strategy for different markets;
🔹Responsible for candidates lead generation;
🔹Retention activities and implementation of refferal system;
🔹Content marketing proven experience;
🔹PR and corporate communications;
🔹Creating valuable marketing content;
🔹Community and event management;
🔹Creating monthly and quarterly reports.
