We are looking for a talented and proactive Digital marketing Team Leader to join our effective and growing recruitment team.YozmaTech is a large company that is a leading outsourcing center in software development and IT solutions for the first-class technological companies and start-ups in Israel.

Requirements:
🔸3+ years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies;
🔸Strong understanding and building a lead generation funnel;
🔸Understanding the stages of entering the English speaking markets;
🔸Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
🔸Strong knowledge and proven experience of all different digital marketing channels, online marketing tools and best practices;
🔸Excellent communication skills, flexibility and creativity;
🔸Ability to build and find a team (outsourcing);
🔸Leadership mindset, ability to grow as a team lead;
🔸Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement;
🔸Level of English: B2 (at least);
🔸Background in sales (will be a plus)

Responsibilities:
🔹Create and implement digital marketing strategy;
🔹Іmplementing effective tools for traffic assessment, advertising campaigns, leadgeneration funnel (clients and candidates) for different markets;
🔹Develop and manage the marketing team;
🔹Manage and control marketing budget;
🔹Analyze and report on digital campaigns;
🔹Responsible for positive ROI and results.
