Java Team Lead (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for a BackEnd Team Lead to join our R&D team. We offer an amazing opportunity to join a well-established startup in hyper-growth.

Responsibilities:

🔹Lead the technological aspects of the backend of the product
🔹Manage End to End development of new features/services in a multi-service environment
🔹Manage the development of scalable web APIs, implement sophisticated business logic as well as develop asynchronous services in a data-oriented, scalable application.
🔹Play a massive role in the entire development life-cycle, from design to production.
🔹Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance
🔹Improve functionality of existing systems
🔹Implement security and data protection solutions
🔹Assess and prioritize feature requests
🔹Test and debug programs

Requirements:

🔸At least 5 years as a backend developer
🔸Fluent in Java — A huge advantage
🔸Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP
🔸Excellent knowledge and experience with building, optimizing, and maintaining large scale production systems
🔸Experience in leading a team of 3-8 people
🔸Experience in close work with Product managers
🔸Ability to lead and coordinate the team in the right direction and troubleshooting.
🔸Experience in managing team performance.
