YozmaTech

Over the past 5 years at Yozmatech, and nearly 4 years on the Omnis project, I’ve had the opportunity to grow significantly as a WordPress developer. Throughout this journey, I’ve contributed to the development of dozens of high-quality projects, expanding both my technical expertise and problem-solving skills.

What started as a developer role has evolved into a Tech Lead position, where I now lead a small but dedicated team within the project. This transition has allowed me to deepen my understanding of project architecture, team collaboration, and technical decision-making.

Yozmatech has been a fantastic environment for professional growth and career development. The company provides opportunities to take initiative, learn, and evolve — all within a friendly and supportive team culture. Working alongside skilled and motivated colleagues has been a key part of my positive experience.

I’m proud of the progress made — from hands-on coding to mentoring and guiding others — and grateful for the trust and support that enabled me to take on more responsibility. The experience at Yozmatech and Omnis has been both challenging and rewarding, and I look forward to continuing to grow professionally and contribute to even greater achievements.
