We are YouTeam, a tech startup headquartered in California, yet Ukrainian at heart. YouTeam is a global developer contracting marketplace with $10M in annual GMV, 30 employees, backed by Y Combinator.

We are looking for a Lead SDR that would join our Outbound department on a quest to help technology leaders contract global engineering talent efficiently.


  1. Solid experience (2 years+) as an SDR in the technology space (products/outsourcing companies)
  2. A fluent spoken and written English
  3. Ability to build relationships with potential customers, understand their environment, and introduce new concepts to solve problems
  4. Ability to use your creativity to come up with new ways to reach out to prospects through channels like email, Linkedin, calls
  5. Ability to see the business big picture and execute as an individual contributor
  6. Experience developing, executing, and reporting on outreach campaigns, managing and requesting resources required for the execution

  • Contribute to the building and improving the process of personalized account-based outreach
  • Identifying and reaching out to potential customers through various lead generation channels such as cold calling, emailing, and social media
  • Writing outreach sequences, personalizing them for each audience or prospect
  • Collaborating with data mining specialists and giving them directions on the potential audiences
  • Building long-term relationships with potential customers, building and maintaining your follow-up inventory
  • Setting up intro meetings with interested prospects and achieving your personal KPIs

As a startup, we experiment a lot and strive to move fast, learn fast, so in this role you’ll be expected to actively contribute to company-wide experimental initiatives and outbound experimental initiatives (pertinent to customer experience improvements, process efficiency improvements, etc).
