We are looking for a Lead SDR that would join our Outbound department on a quest to help technology leaders contract global engineering talent efficiently.
Requirements
- Solid experience (2 years+) as an SDR in the technology space (products/outsourcing companies)
- A fluent spoken and written English
- Ability to build relationships with potential customers, understand their environment, and introduce new concepts to solve problems
- Ability to use your creativity to come up with new ways to reach out to prospects through channels like email, Linkedin, calls
- Ability to see the business big picture and execute as an individual contributor
- Experience developing, executing, and reporting on outreach campaigns, managing and requesting resources required for the execution

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the building and improving the process of personalized account-based outreach
- Identifying and reaching out to potential customers through various lead generation channels such as cold calling, emailing, and social media
- Writing outreach sequences, personalizing them for each audience or prospect
- Collaborating with data mining specialists and giving them directions on the potential audiences
- Building long-term relationships with potential customers, building and maintaining your follow-up inventory
- Setting up intro meetings with interested prospects and achieving your personal KPIs
As a startup, we experiment a lot and strive to move fast, learn fast, so in this role you’ll be expected to actively contribute to company-wide experimental initiatives and outbound experimental initiatives (pertinent to customer experience improvements, process efficiency improvements, etc).
