— B2/C1 English (written and spoken);
— 6+ months of proven experience in IT outsourcing business, understanding of its processes;
— Accuracy in keeping track of commitments, transparency in status reporting, timely reminding about changes;
— Strong communication skills with a focus on listening and asking the right questions; problem-solving skills;
— Service-oriented approach;
— Experience working with customer support;
— Understanding of how CRM systems work;
— Attention to detail and accuracy.

— Responding promptly to customer inquiries
— Communicating with customers through various channels (mainly email);
— Knowing our product/service inside and out so that you can answer questions;
— Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints;
— Follow up on customer interactions;
— Maintain customer databases;
— Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary;
— Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process;
— Resolving customer complaints.
