YouScan.io is a social media listening solution that gives businesses the ability to become better by listening to their customers.
YouScan was recognized as #1 solution in Visual Analytics in the world in Martech Challenge conducted by independent experts.
Our customers are Pepsico, Google, L’Oreal, Nestle and many other well-known brands.
We’re a Ukrainian product company with a strong internal culture.
Each year we double our social media coverage, so we’re always looking for a professional to join our team in the Kyiv office.
You will be a part of the Core Product Squad that is responsible for the delivery of all our user-facing features. This is one of our four squads responsible for our product and it consists of 4 back-end, 3 front-end engineers and one product designer at this moment.
— You will use the behavior analytics data, the customer feedback, and the tons of raw ideas to come up with structured hypotheses and projects ready to be considered as our next bets.
— You will be finding the shortest ways for validating hypotheses.
— You will be the key person in the process of “shaping” projects in collaboration with developers and designers. This includes: setting boundaries, finding trade-offs, addressing risks, MVP and next iterations planning, defining clear success criteria for each project.
— You will collaborate with the team in development and release of the projects.
— You should do retrospectives for the implemented projects: analyze the impact and share feedback with the team.
— In collaboration with the Head of Product, you will be finding the shortest ways to achieve strategic goals.
We expect you to have experience working as a Product Manager at Product Company for at least 2 years, preferably B2B SaaS.
We’re looking for a real teammate — you share your vision, communicate, bring in your own ideas. You also listen and hear other points of view, can look with another person’s eyes.
You have a positive mindset, passion for software development, and get the job done.
