We verify and formulate hypotheses, generate ideas, and test new changes from the client to determine their usefulness and relevance to the product and target market before implementing anything. We are not “just do guys” who aim to fulfill all of the customer’s requests by adding more features to the project while “spending the budget.” We leave that to the classic outsourcing companies!
We help entrepreneurs and startups from America/Europe launch a successful digital MVP version of their product at an early stage or quickly understand that their idea does not pass the test for demand among end consumers without spending years and their entire budget on it!

Requirements:
— 3+ years of commercial exp in mobile (Native iOS or Android) project management;
— Experience in team management with
— Fluent in written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher);
— Understanding of web/mobile development lifecycle, and project planning;
— Knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban);
— User Interface Guidelines (iOS/Android/Web);
— Experience working with the worldwide markets (US, EU, CA, AU customers);
— Excellent communication skills;
As a plus:
— Product-based mindset;
— Knowledge of Lean Startup methodologies;
— Experience with ClickUp task tracker;
— Experience with Time & Material format;
— Experience in Analytical tools (i.e. Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc).
Responsibilities:
— Leading the team of Project Managers
— Prepare and define projects scope, schedule, and resource plans jointly with the team;
— Successful project development and delivery;
— Communication with the client following the company guides;
— Team management and processed coordination across all team members
— Ensure projects flow well;
— Negotiate projects acceptance criteria and develop strategies to meet the requirements and deliver superior quality.
