Our entire team comprises individuals with a well-developed product mindset due to their experience in the company’s industry. Specifically, they have either launched startups themselves or worked in them, and this factor, combined with the Lean Startup approach, makes us highly effective in what we do.

We verify and formulate hypotheses, generate ideas, and test new changes from the client to determine their usefulness and relevance to the product and target market before implementing anything. Being as efficient and flexible as possible while expending minimal resources and achieving maximum results earns us gratitude from our clients.

We are not “just do guys” who aim to fulfill all of the customer’s requests by adding more features to the project while “spending the budget.” We leave that to the classic outsourcing companies!

We help entrepreneurs and startups from America/Europe launch a successful digital MVP version of their product at an early stage or quickly understand that their idea does not pass the test for demand among end consumers without spending years and their entire budget on it!

We scale the project after a successful launch or continue searching for product-market fit by pivoting based on research results.

Requirements:
— 2+ years of experience in a similar position;
— Deep knowledge of full-cycle IT recruitment processes, techniques, tools;
— Strong knowledge of HR best practices and processes (onboarding, adaptation, 1-1 meetings, collecting satisfaction feedback, performance evaluation, conflict management, retention, debriefing);
— Familiarity with HR systems (HRM/HRIS);
— Experience in building operational HR processes from scratch;
— Analyze HR data;
— Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
— Intermediate English level.

Responsibilities:
— Decide and lead the integration process of HRM/HRIS system;
— Managing of all phases of the recruitment process (Candidates sourcing, interviewing and CV pre-screening);
— Develop and Maintaining the database of candidates;
— Participation in HR team projects;
— Working with a team of more than 20 people;
— Work closely with stakeholders and Lead Engineers to understand overall needs;
