We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team!

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience in the FinTech;
• Excellent communication in English (B2 and higher) — is a must;
• Strong sales and negotiation skills;
• Deep understanding of fintech market and ability to work with high-risk;
• Understanding of work and interaction with Agents (tech platforms, consulting companies, PSP and others);
• Understanding of KYB, compliance, corporate structuring;
• Readiness for business trips;
• Adaptability, flexibility, and readiness to work in fast-paced environment;
• Successful track record of new markets entry;

Responsibilities

• Searching for and establishing a new merchants;
• Market analysis, active sales of our services to merchants;
• Negotiate terms, finalise deals, connecting merchants;
• Sales cycle from the first contract to the launch of a merchant in live;
• Unite and align with colleagues (support, finance, legal departments) around common objectives;
• Presentation of the company at conferences, business trips to conferences in other countries;
• Provide creative solutions for challenging tasks and issues;
