We are looking for a Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Understand clients’ needs and objectives to provide tailored fintech solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the fintech products and services offered.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Onboarding and Training:

  • Assist clients in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to using fintech tools.
  • Provide training sessions to clients on how to effectively use the fintech platform.

Client Support:

  • Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Upselling and Cross-selling:

  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional fintech products.
  • Work towards achieving revenue targets through client expansions.

Feedback Collection:

  • Gather client feedback and communicate it internally for product improvements.
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement and suggest enhancements.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Generate regular reports on client usage, satisfaction, and key performance indicators.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in account management, preferably in the fintech industry.
  • Understanding of financial products and services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to convey complex technical information in an understandable manner.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive approach to addressing client needs and challenges.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams, including sales, customer support, and product development.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and evolving fintech landscape.
  • Willingness to learn and stay updated on industry changes.
  • Sales Skills: Understanding of sales processes and techniques for client retention and expansion.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and understand API documentation. Familiarity with technical aspects of fintech platforms.
