We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to take our product to the next level.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Successful experience in WEB/Mobile applications development/implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Business Analysis discipline.
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and business languages.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• English — B1/B2

Nice to have:

• Experience in working with JIRA and Trello tools.
• Experience in FinTech/e-wallet is highly recommended.

Responsibilities:

• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that improve customer experience and drive product growth.
• Work closely with an engineering team to deliver valuable, feasible, and usable solutions.
• Market research & analysis of competing solutions.
• Product technical & business documentation development.
• Translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications in a well-structured and clear way.
• Work with PRD.
• Creation of user stories.
• Writing use cases.
• Provide analysis and reporting.
