  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and development teams to define the product strategy
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitive products, identifying new opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall company vision and objectives.
  • Manage the product backlog and clearly expresses Product Backlog items;
  • Ensure that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the Development Team will work on next, as well as showing sufficient items and provisional priorities for next few releases;
  • Make decisions and priority visible in the content and ordering of the Product backlog;
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, and QA, to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the product’s performance and user experience.
  • Monitor and analyze product metrics to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize product performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the FinTech and gaming sectors, applying that knowledge to enhance the product offering.


  • 3+years of proven experience as a Product Owner/Project Manager or similar role in the FinTech industry, preferably with a focus on payment solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the FinTech industry and familiarity with the specific challenges and opportunities within this sector.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear product specifications.
  • Solid project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and a demonstrated ability to deliver iterative product releases.
  • Familiarity with payments-related technologies, protocols, and compliance standards, is highly desirable.
  • A passion for innovation, a customer-centric mindset, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional products.
