Job Description:

At YO-DA Wallet, we are seeking a talented and motivated Product Owner to join our dynamic team. As the Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of our innovative payment processing solutions. You will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of world-class payment solutions that align with our vision and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of product updates.
• Act as the bridge between stakeholders, including customers, management, and development teams, to ensure clear communication and alignment of product goals.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product vision and strategy.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Engage with customers and gather feedback to drive product improvements and enhancements.
• Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, ensuring that user experience is at the forefront of decision-making.
• Continuously monitor product performance and KPIs to identify areas for optimization and growth.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in FinTech to inform product strategy.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of the FinTech industry, online payment processing, and related technologies and understanding of financial security risks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of anti-fraud and anti-scam mechanisms.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience with Atlassian stack (Confluence, Jira, etc.).
• Innovative thinking and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Experience with product analytics and product marketing.
