Requirements:
— Minimum 1 years experience as a support agent in an international company (preferably in the FinTech industry: e-wallet, payment system/aggregator);
— English- B2;
— Excellent written and communication skills;
— Computer literacy (Google Docs, Excel);
— PC or laptop and stable internet connection;
— Desire to help people, solve problems and ability to find an individual approach;
— Be a fast learning, system person. Ability to find needed information in a short period of time.
Would be a plus:
— Experience with payment systems;
— Experience with financial fraud activity;
— Desire to help people, solve problems and ability to find an individual approach;
— Experience with ticket systems
Responsibilities:
— Responsibility for ensuring excellent customer experience by online chat, mail;
— Day and night shifts;
— Troubleshooting customer issues;
— Collecting and processing customers feedback;
— Close cooperation with other teams;
— Delivering product features and updates to customers.
