Now we are in an MVP development stage (mobile app and web).
We need someone to build an in-house development team and achieve our goals.
Skills / Experience Requirements:
— Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a similar field;
— 5+ years of experience in Java software development;
— Experience in FinTech development;
— 4+ years on a management position;
— Work with people, be able to lead them and at the same time hear them;
— The ability to hear requests from the business and at the same time be able to give feedback for business in an understandable way to a non-technical person;
— Focus on the business part of the company;
— Excellent planning & delivery skills;
— Upper-Intermediate English.
— Gather an in-house development team.
— Interview potential team members.
— Setup engineering processes through a full development cycle.
— Involvement at the project planning stage, assistance in technical documentation formation that meets all the company requirements.
— Responsibility for the final evaluation of projects in your team (actually evaluation and approval of estimates of other developers/feedback if necessary).
— Carrying out meetings with a team of developers to control the technical quality of work.
— Code quality control on your team’s projects (regular code review).
— Monitoring the work of developers of his team.
— Understanding of the whole state of back and front and project development (regular analysis of tasks in the Jira together with the PM).
