YayPay is looking for Middle Java Developer to lead the team of Java Developers and QAs in one of our newly forming Integrations team. The nature of the YayPay product requires integrations with different systems, such as:
ERP systems to pull accounts receivable data from (e.g. NetSuite, Intacct, Sage X3, etc.) CRM systems, like SalesForce, Dynamics 365 to pull and push relevant customer information as well as Payment Providers to allow CreditCard and ACH to be made through the platform Credit Providers like CreditSafe (credit management).
Hard skills:
Production Experience in integration with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP API or CSV 3+ years of commercial software engineering experience Strong Knowledge of Java Core / Java EE experience (11 is preferable but not required) Understanding and practical knowledge with the development of Multi-Tiered Distributed Architecture, SOA, and Microservices.
Strong knowledge of SQL/RDBMS (MySQL is preferable but not required) Understanding multithreading and concurrency
Understanding of the following technologies:
— Spring framework (Boot, Core, Web, Data, Cloud, AOP, JDBC, Test)
— Hibernate ORM or JooQ
— JMS/AMQP knowledge
— Apache Kafka
— Web services (SOAP, REST, etc.)
— XML/JSON
— Maven or Gradle
— Git
ERP/CRM integration experience is considered an advantage

Responsibilities:
The Team Leader responsibility would be to manage the team of Developers and QA that will be designing and maintaining Connectors between YayPay and different finance and sales systems (mainly ERP and CRM systems).
Advantage of taking active part in new team forming process. Do connector development and act as subject matter expert in technologies for the team. In addition to that, team leader will be involved in the development and improvements of different areas of YayPay product in general, as well as the underlying integration framework that allows scaling integrations components dynamically based on the load.
You will also be collaborating with the global international teams, including the Implementations team, Customer Succes, Product, and other Engineering teams.
