HR & Operations Manager plays a critical role in YayPay by Quadient team
Experience as a HR Generalist, project or operations manager Attention to detail, highly organized, and ability to multitask in a deadline driven atmosphere
Energetic, proactive, and capable to turn around tasks quickly and efficiently
Budgeting experience
Excellent PowerPoint design skills and proficient in MS Office including word and excel
Experience with HRIS (preferably Workday)
Ability to learn new concepts quickly
Be an awesome communicator and great at building relationships across the company to ensure things get done
A self-starter with strong initiative who is eager to exceed objectives and take on more responsibility as needed BA/BS degree, or equal experience required
Fluent English
Comfortable with remote working and supporting remote teams and working in matrix organization
Able to work with several business stakeholders
Support employees and managers along the Employee journey with
· onboarding & adaptation,
· offboarding,
· managing the performance (support managers in defining KPIs/OKR for employees, 360 feedbacks etc.)
People’s development:
· defining career paths
· support managers in building personal plans of growth,
· organizing local development programs and support local deployment of global programs in areas of professional, personal and soft skills)
People’s engagement:
· Team mood tracking and working with managers on action plans
· proactively supporting Employees’ mental & physical health,
· be the ambassador of company’s culture and support deployment of global initiates locally (support)
Standardization people operations docs (job descriptions, job offer etc) Manage and regularly review Corporate benefits package (processes, rules, budgets)
Operations:
· Manage ERP systems and continuous improvement (Zoho, Workday)
· Support Corporate Assets (accounting, processes, policies etc)
· Develop and continuously improve Corporate policies and rules
· Events management supervising (corporate, offices, teams events)
· Expenses management (employees, events, teams, office budgets)
· Be the point person for the G&A function locally in Ukraine
· Working closely with Third Party supplier (Finance & Payroll)
