Talent Sourcer (вакансія неактивна)

Talent Sourcer plays a critical role in YayPay by Quadient’s Talent selection process, being the first point of contact for candidates in the hiring journey, taking ownership of the candidate experience, ensuring that first impressions of YayPay are positive and engaging, acting as the conduit for Talent into our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing strategy development. In close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Business Partner, the Talent Sourcer will co-develop and implement effective sourcing tactics aligned to Quadient Talent Acquisition and Internal Mobility Strategy.
  • Lead generation. Search activity and mining of relevant job boards, platforms, social media, to identify and engage with suitable talent.
  • Use of technology & tools. Optimisation of Quadient job advertisements to ensure maximum appeal to our target talent audiences. Effective use of Quadient Human Capital Management system (Workday) and Candidate Relationship Management system, (Phenom).
  • Sourcing candidates. Sourcing diverse candidates via various channels including boolean search, social media, Linkedin and job boards to CRM database and internal employee talent pool.  
  • Candidate outreach. Proactively contact diverse candidates for existing job vacancies and build and maintain our talent pool to meet Quadient’s future hiring needs.
  • Employer Brand promotion. Generate interest in Quadient and our career opportunities, driving traffic to our career site and “selling” Quadient to candidates throughout their recruitment journey.
  • Referral follow-ups. Build networks both internally and externally, fostering a culture of referral among the Quadient employee community, actively seeking referrals and promoting Quadient’s employee referral scheme.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Essential requirements for this role include: 

  • University Degree or equivalent experience
  • Prior sourcing experience gained within an HR Team or with a recruitment agency.
  • Familiarity with web search techniques including Boolean and keyword searches. Ability to proactively network, build rapport swiftly and establish effective relationships.
  • Able to present clearly and concisely to candidates in a compelling way.
  • Outstanding communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English and Ukrainian.
  • Ability to learn systems, processes, and procedures quickly.
  • Exceptional work ethic coupled with a sense of humour.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple competing deadlines.
  • Team player who can collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Confident working autonomously without supervision.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills with proficiency in MS Office applications.
