Deep understating of business system integrations’ principles and trends (API, CSV, iPaaS).
Practical knowledge of ERP systems and finance domain.
Fluent in technology.
Possible Developer, System Analytic, Dev Ops or Support Engineer experience in Integrations area.
Experience working directly with enterprise companies is a plus.
English upper-intermediate or higher.
Analytical thinking.
Ability to learn quickly.
Agile and result-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication skills both in team, across the team and with management and other disciplines is a MUST.
High emotional intelligence and desire to help customers.

Обязанности

Implement integrations of a customer ERP with YayPay using pre-build YayPay connectors, A-to-Z.
Work collaboratively with YayPay Customer Success and Integration teams to successfully land new customers, help new customers understand and implement integrations to YayPay from their ERP system using our YayPay pre-built connectors. Be a proactive knowledge aggregator and carrier on YayPay connectors and act as a Subject Matter Expert in the area.
Bridge relationship between Integrations and Onboarding team in YayPay connectors area.
Gather new requirements for new YayPay connectors and improve existing ones.
Assist presales/customer success with integration solution architecture and project estimation.
Navigate the client landscape and setup, while focusing on the integration scope/strategy for YayPay.
Use prior knowledge and familiarity from past involvement in various integration areas.
Support detailed discussions with clients on data mapping activities.
Support YayPay’s clients in data reconciliation activities arising from discrepancies in customer AR balances between YayPay and ERP.
Manage and juggle multiple integration work across different projects simultaneously, knowing what information to gather for troubleshooting, prioritizing and escalating internally within YayPay as well as with customer teams.
Coordinate with other YayPay internal teams (such as Engineering, Product) on Integration roadmap items arising from client feedback, take part in prioritization management.
Work with the Onboarding Specialist and Project Managers in Customer Success to review integration scope within a project and keep the overall implementation/onboarding progressing to plan and the go-live of a project.

YayPay is building a cutting-edge accounts receivable management software that uses machine learning to help finance teams become revenue heroes. YayPay’s vision to help finance teams perform their most valuable work. We’re a rapidly growing company at the forefront of back-office automation, AI, and machine learning. YayPay is also one of the leaders of the industry in terms of user experience and consumerization of enterprise software.

From the technology perspective, YayPay Platform is a SaaS offering, which integrates with a number of different systems, such as:

— ERP systems to pull accounts receivable data from (e.g. NetSuite, Intacct, Sage X3 etc.)
— CRM systems, like SalesForce to pull and push relevant customer information
— Payment Providers to allow CreditCard and ACH to be made through the platform
— Credit Providers like CreditSafe to pull credit information

The application currently undergoes the phase of the active new feature development — we are working on building new modules: Reporting & Analytics Module, Credit Module, Cash Application Module.

The application is built on Service-Oriented Architecture, with the use of Kubernetes and technologies around it.

The main technology stack is described below:

— Back-End: Java 11, Spring Framework, Hibernate, MySQL, Kafka, Exasol
— Front-End: VueJS and KendoUI
— Machine Learning: Python and relevant machine learning libraries are used for the ML services
— Hosting: the application is hosted on AWS, with extensive use of the native AWS services
