The role of Marketing Operations Analyst will be responsible for aiding clients in improving and affecting their processes in executing marketing campaigns. Principally this role is responsible for creating the circulation lists for the marketing campaigns. Additional responsibilities include coordination will initially focus on the use of the suite of products to plan and fulfill these campaigns.
✅ 2+ years of experience as an Operations Data Analyst or Software Engineer;
✅ Strong understanding of relational database concepts;
✅ Fluent in SQL (Oracle, Teradata, Postgres, Snowflake);
✅ HTML, especially specifics for email;
✅ Superb communication skills in English (both written and spoken);
✅ Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a broader team;
✅ Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the business;
✅ Self-motivated e.g. ability to work remotely;
✅ Experience with Content Management (BloomReach Experience Manager), Digital Asset Management (Bynder), and workflow tools both from a user and developer perspective.
✅ A Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or Mathematics will be a plus;
✅ Experience with Multichannel Marketing Hubs (Optimove, Adobe Campaign, Sailthru, Unica);
✅ Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Blue Triangle, Adobe);
✅ Developing for Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau);
✅ Workflow tools (Planner, Monday, Hive).
Full-time, remote (home-based) position.

You will be expected to:
✅ Engages with business partners to understand business strategy and goals;
✅ Define data requirements, gather and validate information, applying judgment and statistical analysis;
✅ Define, create the target groups and schedule the campaigns.
✅ Assist in the building and testing of email templates;
✅ Review of campaign results and performance. Assist clients with their understanding of the toolset;
✅ Performs analysis of historical data and insights and evaluating the results of data analysis to business partners and clients;
✅ Assisting the client with their understanding of the toolset;
✅ Work with customers to develop and improve their entire business process around marketing campaigns.
Additional responsibilities include:
✅ Mentors other team members and proactively expands knowledge of business and analytics;
✅ Developing additional tools based on Java/SQL that ease the operations and fulfill the campaigns.
