Accessibility QA (IAAP Certified)

We are looking for a Senior Accessibility QA Engineer to join a fast-growing team.

Requirements

• IAAP certification (e.g., CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or higher).
• Extensive experience in conducting manual accessibility testing for large-scale web platforms.
• Practical experience working with assistive technologies and testing tools, including:
  
  • NVDA
  • JAWS
  • VoiceOver
  • TalkBack
  • Axe
  • WAVE
• Demonstrable project experience conducting accessibility audits for enterprise-level corporate websites.
• Ability to create clearly structured audit reports with prioritized findings and specific recommendations.
• Knowledge of relevant international regulations (e.g., EAA in Europe, ADA in the U.S.) in addition to WCAG guidelines.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 A & AA standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a manual accessibility audit for critical user journeys, including:
  
  • Search
  • Navigation
  • Shipment tracking
  • Booking
  • Checkout
• Review approximately 40–50 representative pages or templates rather than the entire website.
• Conduct audits for selected microsites and microservices where relevant user journeys continue (if applicable).
• Prepare and provide audit results based on WCAG 2.2 A & AA standards.
• Create concrete and actionable recommendations for resolving identified accessibility barriers.
• Optionally conduct usability tests with people with disabilities to validate the audit results.
