Senior Full-stack .NET Engineer (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for a Full-stack .NET React developer to join a healthcare project and contribute to backend development under the guidance of a Tech Lead.

In this role, you will work on building and extending backend services, participate in integrating external systems, and contribute to developing scalable cloud-based solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with a cross-functional team and support the implementation of reliable and secure backend functionality within a healthcare domain.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services using C# and .NET
• Collaborate with Solution Architect, PM, QA, DevOps, and frontend engineers
• Participate in implementation of cloud-based solutions on AWS
• Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL)
• Contribute to system integrations (authentication, third-party services)
• Support development of scalable and maintainable backend architecture
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of commercial experience with C# and .NET
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar)
• React/Next.js
• Experience with AWS services (ECS, RDS, SQS, SNS) or building cloud-based solutions
• Understanding of authentication and authorization flows (OAuth, Auth0 or similar IdP)
• Basic understanding of microservices or distributed systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Twilio, Stripe integrations
• Experience with multi-tenant systems
• Understanding of event-driven architecture
• Experience with Python (data pipelines, crawlers)
• Experience in healthcare domain
