We are looking for a Technical Writer to join a freelance part-time project (20 hours per week) for approximately 1.5–2 months. The project is focused on improving and structuring documentation for a mobile SDK product used by service companies and mobile application developers. The customer provides a mobile SDK for Android and iOS applications that enables easy integration of ready-to-use features for push notifications, user behavior tracking, and contact analytics.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer.
- Strong experience working with technical and user documentation.
- Understanding of SDKs, APIs, and mobile development concepts.
- Experience working with Android and iOS-related documentation.
- Ability to audit and structure existing documentation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a full audit of the existing technical and user documentation.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare a documentation improvement plan/report with recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with the customer’s team to implement documentation improvements.
- Ensure documentation is clear, structured, and developer-friendly.
- Help improve the overall documentation experience for SDK users and integrators.
