Middle+/Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Designer to join our team.

Loading: 4-6h per day

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience with 3D CAD software (e.g., SOLIDWORKS, Autodesk Inventor, or equivalent), including advanced capabilities in surfacing, sheet metal design, and complex assemblies;
• Solid understanding of PDM/PLM systems and best practices for data management and product lifecycle control;
• Experience with engineering CFD simulation and analysis tools;
• Practical experience with rapid prototyping technologies, including 3D printing (FDM, SLA) and 3D scanning;
• Comprehensive understanding of the product development lifecycle, from concept design through validation and mass production;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality engineering;
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including: Injection Molding, Die Casting, Extrusion, Sheet Metal, CNC Machining.

Responsibilities:

• Design mechanical architecture for consumer electronics — enclosures, assemblies, and internal packaging — from concept to mass production;
• Perform thermal and heat dissipation calculations, modeling and analysis;
• Perform DFM/DFA reviews and optimize parts for injection molding, die casting, and sheet metal production;
• Integrate PCBs, sensors, and connectors within tight mechanical constraints in collaboration with hardware engineers;
• Conduct tolerance analysis and prepare full manufacturing documentation (BOM, 2D drawings)
• Execute prototyping cycles using FDM/SLA and 3D scanning; validate fit, function, and aesthetics;
• Coordinate with industrial design, hardware, and production teams; manage vendor and contractor communication.
