We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a healthcare project focused on building and improving a digital health solution. The role involves close collaboration with product managers, stakeholders, and the engineering team to translate business needs into clear, structured requirements while ensuring high quality and value for end users in the healthcare domain.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyse project stakeholders.
- Conduct competitor analysis.
- Identify and analyse the client’s problem and business requirements by Situation Statement, Vision Statement, and BOM.
- Determine the elicitation approach, conduct elicitation, and confirm elicitation results.
- Assess the current, determine the future state, and conduct a gap analysis.
- Decompose business requirements into Epics/User Stories.
- Validate and verify requirements.
- Facilitate product roadmap development by User Story Map.
- Conduct Agile ceremonies such as Release and Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Sprint Demo.
- Visualize business processes and data models by Activity Diagram/BPMN, State Diagram, ERD, etc.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of commercial experience as a Business Analyst.
- Basic understanding of requirements types (business, functional, non-functional).
- Familiarity with elicitation techniques (interviews, workshops, questionnaires).
- Basic understanding of process modeling (flowcharts, ERD, state diagrams).
- Familiarity with documentation and diagramming tools.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles.
- Experience with tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Understanding stakeholder roles and basic stakeholder analysis.
- Familiarity with prioritization techniques.
- Understanding of requirements traceability techniques.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
Will be a plus:
- Basic understanding of healthcare domain.
- Awareness of data privacy principles (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
- Familiarity with AI tools.
- Basic understanding of healthcare workflows (patient journey).
