.NET Tech Lead

We are looking for a strong Tech Lead .NET Engineer to join a healthcare project and take ownership of technical decisions, team guidance, and client communication.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the project scope implementation
• Lead the technical team and act as a main technical point of contact for client; experience acting as tech lead/team lead is crucial
• Review the pull requests, align the technical team, define tech tasks and oversee their completeness
• Hands-on implementation of the back-end part (C#), integration with third-party services, Auth0
• Hands-on implementation of the Python based data crawlers (on top of clients existing foundation — it is expected to extend existing pipelines)

Qualifications & Skills:

• C# (as a main back-end stack),
• Python (data pipleines, crawlers)
• relational db (PostgreSQL),
• DataDog, MixPanel — observability layer; experience with integrating with it
• AWS (ECS, RDS, SQS, SNS) — experience with building AWS-based solutions
• Twillio, Stripe integrations
• Experience in building milti-tenant systems
• Experience with event-driven systems
• Experience with Auth0 or similar IdP integration over OAuth
• Experience with crawlers (to fetch data from external systems). It will be build on client’s foundation, however, experience with such types of tasks is nice to have

Nice to Have:

• Healthcare domain expertise
• Experience with medical PMS systems integration / extension
• Experience in building a robust reporting/analytics layer; ETL pipelines
• Experience with websockets (building a chat functionality)
