The role focuses on crafting and executing innovative lead-generation campaigns, ensuring a continuous influx of high-quality leads through effective market analysis, team leadership, and cross-departmental collaboration. Central to this position is the goal of driving sustainable business growth by aligning outbound initiatives with the company’s overarching objectives, nurturing potential client relationships, and optimizing team performance for maximum impact in the competitive IT services market.
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team by researching ICP’s the best contacts via LinkedIn and other outlets for Yalantis service lines and importing/ updating contact information into Pipedrive;
- Outbound activities including LinkedIn messaging and email;
- Engage in the process of lead nurturing to help the team convert inquiries into qualified leads which become future SDR and sales opportunities;
- Develop outbound strategies and campaigns, selecting channels, crafting resonant messaging, and defining objectives and KPIs;
- Oversee lead generation and prospecting, initiating contact and nurturing relationships for service interest;
- Monitor outbound campaign performance, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement;
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategy;
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and service delivery teams for a cohesive approach to client acquisition and retention.
Requirements:
- 4+ years in B2B IT services or enterprise B2B product marketing;
- Experienced in emails and LinkedIn outreach;
- Experience working with US or EU markets;
- Constantly hunt on the hunt for innovative approaches and eager to test new tactics to connect with and provide value to our customers;
- Experience working with reply.io, Lemlist, Integromat, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Know how to work with ICP and transform to customer messages;
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.
You’ll work in close cooperation with our delivery, SDR, sales, and marketing experts within the so-called extended delivery vertical and, thus, drive our outbound sales and marketing initiatives. You’ll report directly to the company’s Marketing Director.
Likewise, you’ll be responsible for growing MQL leads through outbound channels.
