We’re looking for an experienced Python developer to join our team.
Our client is a technology company focusing on reducing compliance-related risk, accelerating growth-promoting business processes, and enhancing the brand equity of firms operating under stringent customer protection rules.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain backend systems and APIs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security
- Adopt a product-oriented approach, prioritizing development tasks based on their business value.
- Be a team player, collaborating with other backend developers, front-end developers, product managers, and QA engineers, to ensure seamless integration of backend systems with other product components.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Python or other modern programming language.
- Experience with AWS serverless technologies such as Lambda, AppSync, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and S3.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, micro-services architecture, and RESTful APIs.
- Orientation to products and business objectives and ability to align development efforts with business goals.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with IaC frameworks such as CDK.
- Familiarity with machine learning and MLOps.
- Experience with GraphQL and/or Kafka.
