Head of Outbound Sales Development (вакансія неактивна)

At Yalantis, a Sales Development Representative is the first point of contact for prospects who come from outbound lead generation channels. As a Head of Outbound Sales Development, you will work closely with conversions (from Normal Reply to SQL) to ensure meeting the targets.

The main goal will be to help the SDRs to convert replies into marketing qualified leads and sales qualified leads by finding opportunities, identifying business needs, handling objections, and building relationships.

The responsibilities will also include team management, KPI structuring, processes improvements.

No cold calls, no cold emailing, and no work with Upwork is required.

What you’ll help us with:

  • team management
  • deploy and analyze SDR conversion strategies
  • SDR processes analysis and improvement
  • work on identifying new opportunities areas
  • build expertise across various industry segments
  • provide weekly, monthly and quarterly updates to stakeholders
  • working on the conversion from normal replies to SQLs

Here’s the experience that will help you with the job:

  • 3+ years of experience as SDR or sales manager
  • experience with outbound sales is required
  • ability to unlock opportunities, frame a value proposition, and remove obstacles
  • understanding of sales and lead generation principles, methods, practices, and techniques
  • proven successful conversion cases
  • experience in building successful conversion strategies and meeting the KPIs
  • Advanced English
