At Yalantis, a Sales Development Representative is the first point of contact for prospects who come from outbound lead generation channels. As a SDR, your main goal will be to convert replies into sales qualified leads by finding opportunities, identifying business needs, handling objections, and building relationships. No cold calls and no cold emailing.
● Processing replies from outbound lead generation channels
● Identifying opportunities and handle objections

● 1+ years of experience in direct sales
● Ability to build and scale client relationships

● Understanding of sales and lead generation principles, methods, practices, and techniques
● Strong communication and presentation skills

● Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc.)
