Lawyer assistant (вакансія неактивна)

We help businesses create fully-fledged web and mobile solutions to achieve their business goals. And now our Legal department is growing and we’re looking for a lawyer assistant to become a member of our team.

What you’ll help us with:

● supporting day-to-day legal activities and operations of the company;
● preparing internal labor documents (orders, staffing tables, etc.);
● organizing the signature process of the company’s documents;
● managing, organizing and maintaining documents in paper and electronic filing systems;
● analysing the legislative base updates;
● assisting with filing, scanning, copying, printing documents;
● sending mail, mail collection.

Here’s the experience that will help you with the job:

● 1+ years of relevant experience;
● Specialist /Master’s Degree in Law;
● knowledge of civil, commercial, tax and labor law;
● English at intermediate level (or higher); fluent Russian and Ukrainian;
● the ability to quickly resolve problems;
● good written & verbal communication skills;
● attention to detail and excellent organizational skills;
● capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
● extensive computer skills.

Will be a plus:

● experience of working with IT or Law company as a lawyer or lawyer assistant;
● experience in drafting foreign economic agreements.
