Educational project specialist / Event Manager (вакансія неактивна)

Educational project specialist at Yalantis is responsible for the quality organization of the company’s external educational activities and effective results. This position involves working on educational projects of the company, such as: Yalantis Schools, Web crowd, Manage IT, and others.

What you’ll help us with:

● Implement Yalantis event plans and concepts according to the requirements, target audience, and objectives
● Participation in planning, organizing and supporting the company’s educational activities (Yalantis Schools, meetups, online events and other partner events)
● Communication with students, event participants, speakers, teachers and partners
● Evaluation and analysis of the effectiveness of the measures taken
● Assistance in preparing posts for social networks, emails and other promotional materials
● Fulfillment of other responsibilities aimed at achieving the goals and objectives of the department

Here`s the experience that will help you do the job:

● experience in the organization of EDUCATIONAL projects/activities
● strong communication skills;
● the ability to quickly and efficiently search for the necessary information
● willingness to work on many different tasks
● desire to work and the ability to perform turnkey tasks
● interest in the field of educational events and IT
● organization, attention to details, good time management skills

These skills will also come in handy:

● Pre-intermediate level of English and higher
● Copywriting or SMM experience
● Experience in recruitment
