● Understand customer’s business needs, project success criteria and develop Individual Success Plan for each Customer
● Stakeholders Management and Communication Management
● Discover and Implement new Business Opportunities
● Visit Yalantis Customers during the business trips
● 3+ years of experience as Customer Success Manager in any customer-centric industry
● experience with B2B clients
● basic understanding of technologies and their main differences and advantages
● English proficiency level: Advanced (spoken and written)
● high level of communication and persuasion / argumentation skills
● self-organization and result orientation
● experience in business analysis / process management will be useful
● experience as Sales Manager / Engagement Manager
