What you’ll help us with:

• writing and posting vacancies on job sites and social networks
• working with reviews and independent search for candidates in Linkedin, GitHub, Stackoverflow, DOU, Telegram etc. using the principles of direct search and head hunting
• arranging interviews
• conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
• maintaining a candidate pool in ATS
• Ukrainian IT market monitoring
• participation in various public events, including internal schools and meetups

Here’s the experience that will help you with the job:

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting
• understanding of the specifics of selecting IT specialists
• experience or understanding of candidate sourcing principles using the Boolean Search
• ability to find candidates’ contacts on Linkedin, GitHub, Twitter, Skype etc.
• high level of communication and persuasion/argumentation skills
• self-organization and result orientation
• experience in conducting interviews and forming a profile of candidates; understanding of specifics of mobile development sphere

• successful experience in closing vacancies in IT company
