Solid computer infrastructure foundation including Operating Systems, Networking;

At least Upper-Intermediate level of English.
Knowledge with working with Computer infrastructure monitoring solutions (Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix, WhatsUp Gold, HPE OneView, etc);
Knowledge with integrating with Help Desk systems, Workflow and other computer-management systems;
Experience in writing Shell scripts;
Knowledge working with SQL database server, preferably PostgreSQL;
Problem Solving — whether it’s a technical issue with a software product or a detail that’s hanging up a sales deal, must have a solution-driven attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
