HR Specialist (вакансія неактивна)

• 2+ years of experience in HR field at IT industry
• Have an upper-intermediate or advanced level of English; both speaking and writing is a must
• Be able to work full time in the Xpand Kyiv office (flexible hours are possible)
• Be an advanced PC and Microsoft Office user
• Be proficient in keyboard typing (“blind typing” method)
• Be a team-player

A successful candidate is expected to have the following personal skills:

• Education in the field of human resources or psychology

• To be responsible for retention activities (develop and optimize corporate culture, organize corporate events, keep companies’ HR records and databases, coordinate medical insurance etc.)
• To be responsible for recruitment processes (recruit new employees, conduct internship enrollments, manage raise of companies` employer status, manage the on-boarding and off-boarding of employees etc.)
• To run marketing-related stuff (be responsible for any PR, marketing or conference activities in which the company takes part, keep company web pages up-to-date etc.)
