In connection with the expansion of our activities, we are seeking a Middle Business Analyst to work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, deliver effective and high-quality solution designs, as well as assist during solution development and implementation.
Requirements to candidates:
- 2-3+ years of work experience in business analysis
- Experience in or good understanding of 2-3 domains among IT, sales, finance, logistics, warehousing, production, customer service, and project management
- In-depth understanding of business/enterprise processes, and the ability to align business objectives with technology solutions
- Be well-versed in business analysis methodologies and best practices
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, including using data analytics tools
- Experience in analyzing functional requirements and needs of a client, forming them into specification documents, user stories, use cases
- Understanding of the Agile/Scrum development process
- Upper-intermediate level of English or higher (written and spoken)
- Deep analytical thinking and root-cause analysis
- Strong interpersonal skills, including stakeholder management and negotiation
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and critical thinking
- Ready to take ownership and make on-time decisions
- Have good presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the flexibility to handle changing priorities and evolving projects, adaptability to changing project requirements

- Experience in ERP, CRM software and portals
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and dissecting complex business processes and translating them into software requirements
- Identifying and addressing business challenges through software solutions using strong problem-solving skills
- Engaging and managing relationships with various stakeholders
- Skillfully negotiating to balance conflicting requirements and reach a consensus among stakeholders
- Communicating with customers, preparing and conducting of demo sessions
- Writing documentation: functional requirements, solution designs, fit-gap analysis, user stories, business process models, data flow diagrams, etc.
- Actively participating in quotation and estimates preparations
- Participating in the system deployment and configuration
- Conducting User Acceptance demo sessions
- Cooperating with the software development and business teams throughout the full development life cycle to drive usability and efficiency.
- Verifying system usability through the comprehensive interface, workflow, and use-case test execution
- Consulting on MS Dynamics 365 Business Central and other related business applications
- Providing support on the key regulatory, customer and 3rd party audits
- Assisting the management in analyzing information and product specifications to determine regulatory compliance of the products handled and services performed on-site
- Assisting in the management of operational requests and troubleshooting issues, working with the diverse user groups
