We are looking for Lead generation manager to join our team!
Responsibilities:
— Search for partners.
— Working closely with the business development manager.
— Setting up and managing automation tools (search, enrichment, validation), execution of automated flows (LinkedIn, email).
— Establish active written communication and engage with prospects (LinkedIn, email) to generate new leads and sales opportunities.
— Pre-qualify leads.
— Constantly monitor and manage progress in CRM/reporting documents.
— Define and test new hypotheses, research and implement outbound sales best practices.
Requirement:
— Advanced/Fluent written English.
— Experience in Blockchain, Crypto, DeFi, Traditional Fintech.
— Practical understanding of business development principles.
— Excellent communication and presentation skills.
— Experience with automated lead generation tools.
— At least 1 year experience in a similar position.
— Understanding of basic marketing processes.
— Team player.
Nice to have:
— Experience working with the HubSpot, Snov.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Phantombuster, Dropcontact, Zapier / TexAu, Pipedrive, Skylead / Expandi.
— Public speaking experience.
