We are looking for an experienced Content Marketer/Strategist who’ll manage the content team, strategize, research, and craft copy to market Xenoss brands, services, and initiatives: from taglines and ad copy to video scripts and long reads.
As the Senior Content Marketer, you will implement a cohesive content strategy with a focus on user journey.
In collaboration with internal stakeholders, you will plan, oversee, and execute the strategy across earned, owned and paid platforms from start to end. You will closely interact with the sales and executive teams and report directly to the CMO.
— Cultivate content marketing strategies targeted at driving traffic, engagement, generating leads, delivering sales, retaining customers and building brand awareness.
— Create your own content and edit colleagues’ content across owned, earned and paid platforms, in a variety of formats (blog posts, guest posts, e-books, case studies, video scripts, social media posts, website content, brochures).
— Seed the content, utilize link-building best practices
— Become really knowledgeable about Xenoss services and differentiation points to address the target audience with meaningful customer benefits.
— Conduct your own in-depth research, interview internal and external collaborators to extract knowledge and insights for your copy
— Collaborate with designers to enrich your copy with visuals
— Build relationships with thought leaders and nurture brand awareness, while gathering knowledge of industry trends.
— Apply SEO, content development, distribution best practices to effectively tailor content for audience personas.
— Manage the editorial calendar, regularly measure progress and results to apply data-driven insights to future content strategies.
— Establish strategies for media relations, create the corresponding content including press releases, guest articles and presentations.
— Research the market and identify areas for improvement in the existing content
— Proactively review and improve copy across all consumer touch points
— 3+ years of experience as Copywriter, Content Marketer, Content Strategist at a tech company or similar role
— Solid portfolio featuring a wide range of real work across channels
— Excellent English language proficiency (Advanced/Fluent)
Impeccable writing and editing skills
— Determination to dig deep to explore, fact-check, and describe a topic in full
— Ability to break down complex market concepts into clear pieces and transform them into compelling and easily digestible content
— Good understanding of marketing, sales, customer care specifics for b2b
— Experience with SEO and marketing analytics tools
— Experience with link-building
— Detail orientated and attentive editor and proofreader
— Ability to receive constructive criticism in a healthy and productive way
— Solid time-management skills

— Experience collaborating with PR specialists/an established network of contacts from tech media
