The Xenoss team is looking for an experienced T-shaped marketer with hands-on digital marketing knowledge. The ideal candidate has a diverse skillset, is able to manage end-to-end digital marketing programs, and work as an integral part of the marketing team.
Responsibilities
You will take part in building an efficient marketing process with a focus on lead generation. You will co-develop and execute marketing strategy and channel tactics, lead-generation program, research the market, perform funnel analysis. You will closely interact with the marketing team members and executive team and report directly to CMO. Your responsibilities:
- Co-develop, contribute to, and execute the marketing strategy across channels
- Design, manage, analyze digital media campaigns with marketing automation tools according to business goals (with a focus on various lead generation campaigns)
- Research new market segments and competitors, conduct client development interviews, elicit marketing insights, suggest improvements to strengthen the strategy and tactics
- Work with content, design, and technical specialists to create corporate collateral aimed to promote the brand (including outreach messaging, website content, sales decks, ad content, case studies)
- Strategize on, contribute to, manage some tracks of the event marketing, lead nurturing, and partner programs
- Coordinate the brand’s website development (prototypes, messaging, improvements, contractor management)
- Provide analytic reports with recommendations specific to driving and optimizing traffic, prospect behavior, campaign response, lead conversion
- Seek out new opportunities and channels to raise brand awareness
- Stay up-to-date with digital media technologies and the latest trends
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager at a tech company, or a similar role
- Excellent English language proficiency (Upper-Intermediate/Advanced/Fluent)
- Hands-on knowledge in key areas of digital marketing (SEO, SEM/PPC, social media, content marketing, email marketing, lead generation, lead nurturing) and tools
- Good understanding of B2B sales, PR, customer care processes in B2B
- Ability to write effective and concise sales copy
- Experience working with marketing automation, email marketing, and analytics tools
- Market research and analysis experience
- Creative thinker with an ability to also use data and logic to inform decisions
- Well-developed organizational skills to work independently as well as manage projects with many moving parts
- Experience working with contractors, developing creative briefs, and managing requirements and schedules
- Comfortable sharing experience and point of view on topics and recommending approaches
- Meticulous attention to detail

- Experience in the promotion of software development services
- Experience in developing B2B brand communication
- ABM marketing experience
- Extensive PR/SEO/PPC/Copywriting experience
