Lead Marketing Manager / Marketing Operations Lead (вакансія неактивна)

The Xenoss team is looking for a highly-skilled Lead Marketing Manager who’ll develop and execute effective marketing strategies with the help of the marketing department members, generate new business leads, and strengthen the Xenoss brand on the target market.

What you’ll do

As the Lead Marketing Manager, you will create and execute all marketing activities and communications channels to promote the Xenoss brand in the client’s market. You’ll design marketing strategies and supervise the execution. You’ll manage internal teams, craft promotional messaging and work to distribute it via owned and earned media, advertising, social media and other channels. You will closely interact with the executive and tech teams and report directly to the CMO. Your responsibilities:

  • Research new segments of the target audience, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels (including seo, advertising, content, pr, email, outreach, event, partner marketing)
  • Develop and lead the execution of various marketing programs from start to finish, aimed to drive traffic, generate and convert leads, increase brand awareness
  • Manage the marketing team and their scope of work, leverage external resources
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development, with recommendations on tactics
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with the C-suite about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets

Who we’re looking for

We are looking for an experienced Lead Marketing Manager with hands-on digital marketing knowledge. The ideal candidate has a diverse skillset, is able to execute end-to-end digital marketing programs, manage the team, and drive tangible business results.

We’d be a good fit if you have the following skills and qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as Marketing Manager/Lead/Head of Marketing or similar positions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced level of English
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Deep understanding of b2b marketing, sales, customer care specifics
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • A detail orientated and and metrics-driven professional
  • Cooperative and positive mindset

Preferrable qualifications

  • Extensive experience at a b2b sales/content positions
  • Established business network and tech media contacts
