Must-have skills

  • 1+ year of experience in a similar position
  • At least 1000 contacts in your LinkedIn profile;
  • Understanding of the IT technologies industry, basic knowledge of programming technology differences
  • Experience with different tools for sourcing (X-Ray, Boolean search etc.
  • Experience using several channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, social media, internal database)
  • Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
  • Experience in full cycle IT recruitment process
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Creating complete and detailed job descriptions according to job responsibilities and business requirements
  • Built strong and effective relationships with hiring managers
  • At least Intermediate level of spoken and written English
  • Responsible and self-organized
  • Experience in working with digital-sources of candidates research

Will be a plus

  • Completed IT Recruiting Courses
  • Good analytic capabilities to measure, analyze and report on data

What you will do

  • Proactively work with managers and leaders across the company to understand current and future recruitment needs
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for all positions, includes developing sourcing strategies and required budgets, screening candidates, preparing for and facilitating interviews, and the decision-making process
  • Conduct executive searches and matching of qualified candidates through social media channels, job boards, company databases, and other resources
  • Maintain accurate records and status updates on all recruitment activities on the company’s ATS
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers, regarding the results and status of their recruitment process
  • Proactively create and update a candidate pool management system
