Your goal will be to make sure that your team delivers incremental product updates (i.e. new features) in the most efficient way, while keeping your team happy and healthy by doing so. Also, you will be responsible for the quality of the delivered solution (i.e. Reliability, Scalability, and Maintainability).
— You’ll be ensuring efficient delivery of a scrum team (PO, UX, 2 engineers, and QA) by managing all technical processes, communicating with involved people inside and outside the team, coordinating supporting processes (e.g. hiring new team members).
— You’ll be working on critical architectural and technical tasks along with the Solution Architect.
— You’ll be helping the Product Owner to groom the backlog and prioritize the product roadmap.

Project: The product we are building is an AI-powered SaaS platform for managing marketing campaigns and generating promotional visuals (mainly digital ads), that is used by global top brands.

Making ads to be more efficient, more relevant & less intrusive will benefit both advertisers and users. By collecting and analyzing (big) data on user reaction to the creatives, the platform learns & provides the most relevant creatives for each user segment (audience).
