We are looking for an experienced T-shaped marketer with hands-on digital marketing knowledge. The ideal candidate has a diverse skillset, is able to manage end-to-end digital marketing programs and work as an integral part of the marketing team.

— 3+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager at a tech company, or a similar role
— Excellent English language proficiency (Advanced/Fluent)
— Ability to write effective and concise sales copy
— Hands-on knowledge in key areas of digital marketing (SEO, SEM/PPC, social media, content marketing, email marketing, lead generation, lead nurturing)
— Good understanding of B2B sales, PR, customer care processes in B2B
— Experience working with marketing automation, email marketing, and analytics tools
— Market research and analysis experience
— Creative thinker with an ability to also use data and logic to inform decisions
— Well-developed organizational skills to work independently as well as manage projects with many moving parts
— Experience working with contractors, developing creative briefs, and managing requirements and schedules
— Comfortable sharing experience and point of view on topics and recommending approaches
— Meticulous attention to detail

You will take part in building an efficient marketing process with a focus on lead generation. You will co-develop and execute marketing strategy and channel tactics, lead-generation program, research the market, perform funnel analysis, coordinate content production and promotion. You will closely interact with the sales and executive teams and report directly to CMO.

Your responsibilities:
— Co-develop, contribute to, and execute the marketing strategy
— Establish and work to improve the brand’s web presence
— Work with organization leaders to continually refine enterprise messaging that clearly articulates our brand identity
— Design, manage, analyze digital media campaigns according to business goals (with the main focus on lead generation campaigns)
— Work with content, design, and technical specialists to create corporate collateral aimed to promote the brand (including outreach messaging, website content, email, press releases, blogs, social media posts, banners, presentations, case studies)
— Coordinate the brand’s website development (create prototypes, messaging, manage contractors, ensure delivery)
— Provide analytic reports with recommendations specific to driving and optimizing traffic, SEO, prospect behavior, campaign response, lead conversion
— Seek out new opportunities and channels to raise brand awareness
— Stay up-to-date with digital media technologies and the latest trends
