We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team and help grow our brand presence, generate quality leads, and support business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
— Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies aligned with business goals
— Manage company presence across LinkedIn, website, email, and other digital channels
— Plan and launch lead generation campaigns
— Create engaging content: posts, case studies, presentations, newsletters
— Coordinate website updates and collaborate with designers / developers
— Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs
— Conduct competitor and market research
-Support employer branding and company visibility initiatives
-Work closely with Sales / Lead Generation team to align efforts and improve results
Requirements:
— 2+ years of experience in Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing / Growth Marketing role
— Strong understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation funnels
— Experience with LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, content marketing
— Hands-on experience with analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, etc.)
— Strong copywriting and communication skills
— Ability to manage several projects independently
— Proactive mindset and attention to detail
— Upper-Intermediate English or higher
Would be a plus:
— Experience in IT outsourcing / software development company
— Paid ads experience (LinkedIn Ads / Google Ads)
— SEO knowledge
— Experience with CRM / HubSpot / automation tools
— Basic design skills (Canva / Figma)
