We’re looking for a proactive SDR who will help us grow our pipeline through consistent and high-quality outreach.
Responsibilities:
— Identify and research potential leads (primarily via LinkedIn)
— Run outbound campaigns using LinkedIn, Reply.io, and email marketing tools
— Write personalized outreach messages and sequences
— Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
— Maintain and update CRM with accurate data
— Continuously optimize outreach campaigns and messaging
— Track performance and iterate based on results
Requirements:
— 1+ year of experience as SDR / Lead Generation Specialist
— Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach
— Experience with Reply.io or similar outreach tools
— Experience with email marketing campaigns
— Strong written English (upper-intermediate or higher)
— Ability to write clear, personalized, and non-spammy messages
— Good research and analytical skills
Nice to have:
— Experience in IT / outsourcing companies
— Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
— Understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification
